Updated review 11th November 2021 : Bonnie from customer service contacted me and offered to send me a free trial order after making some changes based on my previous review. Although I value your contact with me, it has been more than half a year since I bought this product. I have already sent the first one back and replaced it with another one with the same position. There must have been a quality control issue with this particular acrylic sheet when I first ordered it. I've added a star to my customer service rating but it's been over half a year and overall I'm happy with my replacement._________ Love the quality of the glasses and carafe, they all look great on the bar cart! But I can't use the top acrylic part of the stand. The square hole for the carafe is too small for the carafe to fit in. Everything is great, except for one small detail. I don't know, maybe I received a broken piece of acrylic or maybe they sent me the wrong size carafe (I don't think that would be the case as it seems to be the only size for the product, 900ml) but I would prefer a coordinated combination of box and carafe.
