Great way track & respond quickly while still showing your human side

I like that it provides me with insights into my customers' needs, wants, desires and complaints in real time, as well as historical data for future reference. It's pretty easy to understand once you get accustomed to how it works. The interface is also very intuitive so anyone can easily use this tool without much training or help from an IT person. There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing too serious. For now it seems like all of our issues have been fixed through updates which has helped us feel more comfortable using this software. We've found many benefits by tracking customer feedback via this platform. Our team members don't need to talk directly with each other anymore because we're able to see what they mean when speaking about problems/issues. This helps greatly since most people speak differently than written words so being able to hear their thoughts rather than reading them allows everyone involved to better communicate effectively. I like how it can be used for both internal and external campaigns, but most importantly, the ability to have the data in one place is the best part of this tool. Some of the features are hard to understand at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use! We don't really know what we're talking about, but we do know that our clients love us. And that's all that matters! We've been able to show more value to our clients by giving them insights into their own customers' behavior.

Pros
  • Being completely remote
  • Ease up installation was great compared wth similar tools available online (NPS) vs traditional CRM where implementation took ages if not done correctly)
  • no worry abt losing valuable stats / information while exporting excel reports etc., saving huge amount oof man hours spent manually updating various systems individually everytime new survey sent
