Burns out quickly for reptiles and amphibians

Bought 2 pieces. One stopped working after less than 2 weeks of use. The second still works. I was pleased about the prompt refund of the purchase price. The second stopped working today, February 19. The back window closed on the 10th. Don't do that! You are a big waste of money!
