Pick the right bit, turn it upside down, and it falls right into your hand. Put it back into the notch when you're done and type "X" in the empty slot to make sure everything is secure. We accidentally dropped this 8ft (down a ladder) onto a concrete floor the same day we received it and there wasn't a scratch on the plastic casing, let alone anything as annoying as a crack. The shuttle still moved as before, all bits remaining securely fixed inside. The bits are accurate, the included extension rod is a great addition and everything works with my Dewalt drill like any other. We really couldn't be happier with the product or the value it represents in relation to your money. Highly recommended.
