The customer service was great! They were very helpful with solving any issues we had while setting up our system. Their product worked well but it would have been nice if they could add more features to improve efficiency in using their product. It's hard to keep track of all your files when you are running a large business. Keeping everything organized can be difficult. Integrating our email and file storage has helped us tremendously by being able to access documents from anywhere without having to go back home or even leave my desk.
