These baking tins are perfect for making super popovers. I've been doing popovers at least 3 times a week for several years, we love them. I used 3 pieces. various high-quality planter pans. I always use melted butter before pouring the batter into a 6 cup pan. They seem to have started sticking to those nonstick pans anyway. they are very difficult to remove even with a plastic knife so as not to scratch the non-stick coating. It still damages the pan no matter what I do. I recently bought silicone to try with these popover liners. Wanted to see if they fit my pans and they fit perfectly. Last week I made a batch of a tried and true recipe. I was pleasantly surprised that the recipe turned out 8 instead of 6, as always. I think it's a nice bonus and the popovers almost pop out of the pan. Another bonus is that they are larger than ever as the pictures show.
