Review on TP-Link AV200 Nano Powerline Adapter Starter Kit, 200Mbps Speed (TL-PA2010KIT) by Djuan Thompson

This is by far the worst product I have used in a long time. Here are my reasons in chronological order.1. Misleading Instructions. This product literally has no manual and is "Plug and Play". Well I connected on both sides and you know what? The two devices were not paired. What now? Start googling because it was "plug and play".2. A common feature - this was nowhere in the description of the package sold. After plugging it into 6 different outlets, I finally got a connection to the mains. Hooray?3. Slower than WiFi. So slow. I literally averaged 3 Mbps. 3?! In a wireless network I received 20-22 Mbit/s. I tired all the settings and nothing.4. Poor utility support - their powerline utility doesn't directly support Windows 10. The only way around this is to download and install winpcap manually. Then you can install the utility.5. The firmware update has finished the device. I tried updating the firmware on the device and you know what? The device is already dead. There are no LEDs. Everyone has gone. I even followed the instructions exactly. Version number match over Ethernet and no traffic during update. Now the device is dead. And I wasted the last 2 hours. I'll be back and won't buy anymore. Really bad experience with TP Links so far.
