I got this pillow in hopes of better sleep, comfort, and keeping me off my back during my pregnancy. This pillow delivered. I even had to sleep a few times without it due to travel, and noticed a huge difference without it. I started sleeping with it when I was about 20 weeks pregnant, and it is still in great shape and supportive - I am now 39 weeks pregnant.
