A big improvement over traditional restaurant style gravy boats which need to be washed after almost every use as the oil drips down the sides. This leaves just a drop of oil at the tip of a long tube. They're also a nice size so they don't need to be refilled as often. I didn't realize they were plastic and not glass when I bought them, but the streamlined acrylic and silver are still quite eye-catching.
