It comes with two sets of two fans: a jet fan and a main fan. They fit perfectly and work great. They are no louder than standard fans. Some complain that the cables are too short, but that's not a problem for me. I don't want to deal with running cables all the way to the board. So instead I just cut and soldered the new fan's wires to the old one and then just used shrink wrap to seal it. I think this is the easiest. (You can even get a soldered heatsink, so you don't even have to worry about an iron. I'll upgrade if it dies prematurely, but so far so good.
