Cute little educational puzzle

My little grandson was wondering where we live so it seemed perfect. I had it not long ago, but in a week he already learned some valuable information. The parts are in the actual shape of a state, except for a few smaller states that are grouped together. He learns that the larger states are to the west and learns to write and pronounce the states' names. This little puzzle is a great learning tool and allows you to teach in other areas. For example, there is a photo of a buffalo in Wyoming that allows me to give him some information about the buffalo. We're talking about people we know who live in different states. My grandson's nine year old sister decided to play with the puzzle too. She thought it was great that the state capital was on the board in the form of the state. Although she was more familiar with state structures, I had the opportunity to provide some instruction on state capitals. This is a great little puzzle game and I highly recommend it!
