The product sucks and the quality is horrible.

AND THE FAULT FOR ALL THIS IS THE SAMSUNG BRANDED PROCESSOR supplied to the countries of the "3rd world". I looked at comparisons on Snapdragon for the Chinese and American markets, this is "HEAVY AND EARTH"
