I don't know how the manufacturer calculated the sizes, but you must think that all Americans have small breasts and huge forearms. VEST: These vests run small and their "table dimensions" are incredibly confusing. I figured I figured it out and ordered medium (my typical shirt size). I made a mistake and looked pretty stupid like Chris Farley in a little coat (#rip). However, the vest is a very bright fluorescent yellow with high visibility reflectors. RUBBER: Very reflective, but even in the smallest size they are so loose that they slip off my wrists easily when running fast. To stay in place, they must be worn on the biceps. RESULT: This vest and bracelet combo is a real mess. Don't buy this for groups; You will probably find them useless. If you choose a vest, order one size larger than your usual shirt size.
