I was pleasantly surprised by this product. It works! It’s simple to use and delivers great results. I bought this because I hold all my stress in my shoulders and neck. This device relieved so much tension. I was worried about pressure but the different speed modes make it so you don’t have to add so much pressure. A trick I used to add pressure in certain spots is to use the massager and lean back on a chair so the massager is sandwiched between the chair and my back. I was able to massage my shoulders, neck, and entire back without anyone else’s help. It’s easy to handle and maneuver, and the massage heads switch out with ease. I highly recommend. The only issue I have is that I wish the battery power lasted longer. Although, I was using the massager on the highest speed mode the entire time (which was about 20-40 minutes-I didn’t exactly time it), but still, wish it lasted longer. BUT it does fully charge very quickly, so not a huge issue. I am so glad I purchased this and I highly recommend.
