Bought this case as I was in dire need of a case as the one I have now is over 3 years old and very torn. This one was good for a few months and so far. The tension belts ensure a secure hold even in strong winds. Well watered. I like the air vents too. They help keep the air moving underneath. FYI I have 19ft retractable when closed and this one is very tall. It almost touches the ground at the back end, but still completely covers the tongue. At first I thought it was too big but now I'm glad it's bigger. Time will tell how it holds up in the sun (4 stars). But so far satisfied.
