My husband and I work on the road quite a bit. Since we lived in Phoenix, Arizona, I thought this was a good idea. Not the best idea for what I wanted! Hot Hot! When I used them it was 110. I figured the air would help stay "cooler" when you sweat. So no, I felt the air. lol everything was hot! Why am I only sending one? I'm middle-aged and have been going through a personal summer for a while 😉 and it's been great. In a house with air conditioning. Instead, I stood in front of the freezer or fanned myself until my arm fell off. Therefore they are recommended. But not for Phoenix, Arizona, the sun in August at noon!
