It started when I was driving aggressively, so I got a little scared when the part that helps you accelerate suddenly started To do it I tightened it, it started loosening again as the screws started loosening under pressure I'll probably use superglue on the screws if this happens again but to tweak this I used duct tape first wrapped around the adapter to make it a tighter fit then I took the plate and boot and lift it up and wrap tape under the boot so it stays flush with the switch I am thinking of getting it to a point that I am happy with am.
