Review on CODY Integrated Public Safety Software by Michael Vargas

I like that it has multiple features in one program such as incident reports/incident management system (IMS) dispatch records etc., which other programs can't do! The software needs some work but overall its pretty good so far!! Nothing really at this point i dislike about cody except maybe their customer service could be better sometimes they seem very slow or take forever when you call them with questions. We use Cody mainly because we have had nothing bad happen yet while using our dispatchers computerized shift logs are much easier than paper logbooks. Also having everything together makes things go faster during an emergency situation where there may not always time between events to write down what happened next. This also helps us keep track if someone was late coming back from lunch break or something similar without writing anything out by hand every day. It's easy enough anyone who knows how computers works should get used too quickly since most people these days know how to navigate through.
