I like that it has multiple features in one program such as incident reports/incident management system (IMS) dispatch records etc., which other programs can't do! The software needs some work but overall its pretty good so far!! Nothing really at this point i dislike about cody except maybe their customer service could be better sometimes they seem very slow or take forever when you call them with questions. I like how easy it was once we got used with this system that no one would know what you were doing unless they had an open case assigned or even looked at your log in time prior date from their own computer (computer logged them into our software). Also very convenient since there are so many different options/layers available depending upon which department officers want access too!
