Review on CODY Integrated Public Safety Software by Reid Rickerson

I like that this software has so many different features with options you can't even imagine! It's very user friendly too which makes it great because not everyone knows how everything works or what they want out their system yet there are some people who don;t understand basic computer terminology but still use other products without realizing certain things about them aren't as intuitive in these programs compared to others -.- They have lots more functions than any program i've used before (I'm new at using public safety systems.) But sometimes when adding something into our database we need help figuring where exactly do put information from another function such as radio call logs etc..

Sometimes its hard finding just one person online within an organization/department if your looking up multiple departments' info together instead having several individuals logged onto individual computers doing separate tasks would be nice though maybe thats asking alot?
