Great product. I've been using the press for four months now. This saves time from squeezing the patties by hand and there's a lot less mess. I have a few family burger recipes and haven't tried the ebook recipes yet but plan to. The recipes in the book sound great and I look forward to trying some of them. Easy to clean thanks to the non-stick coating. I hand wash and dry the press so I have no idea how it will hold up after several washes in the dishwasher. To make cleaning easier, I line the bottom with wax paper/plastic wrap and place a little on top of the meat before pressing down. Overall, I really like this press and would recommend it.
