Remember to spray halfway with kitchen spray? This works very well. Also, make sure to place the patties in the fridge after pressing and place in the freezer about 15 minutes before you start cooking. The press doses exactly what it has to do and does it well. I've just made a bunch of burgers with this press and they turned out really good! Keep the meat cold and don't put in too much - the first batch came out a bit thick but after a quick adjustment they were just perfect. I sprayed some olive oil on the inside of the press to keep the meat from sticking and just washed it off with dish soap once it was done. Worked very well. Great tool!

We love the Impossible & Beyond meat burgers. This press is very easy to use and allows you to form patties of any thickness you want (we prefer our thin side). We use paper and it's very easy to clean - no sticking issues. Even better is the fact that it forms two patties at the same time. This is an amazing product that allows the user to get the same size hamburger every time. We plan to use this for salmon patties, crab patties, bean patties, etc. as well.

Great product. I've been using the press for four months now. This saves time from squeezing the patties by hand and there's a lot less mess.
