Based on Pyle's actions over the past few days I have come to the conclusion that their sales model is rubbish, basically bought and replaced with little to no support or warranty! I bought this unit from Revain to replace a similar Pyle amp that was less than 14 months old. This new device has been working for 3 months and the same problem - it turns on but there is no sound. I tried to report an issue to Pyle support through the website - the website is down. tried calling them and got a rude support person telling me that it was my responsibility to send the unit back to Pyle for repair. For real? The device is less than 90 days old and not working. Now they want me to send a $50 amp that costs $25 to send back for repair - what a joke. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER! I hope someone from Pyle will read this message and track me down.
