I am 64, 5'5", 138 lbs with most of that in my tummy and boobs. I purchased a medium. The drawstring under the boobs is great, so you can make it just the right fit for you. The sleeves are the perfect length for "mature" arms and the dress length is 2-3" below the knee. I washed it in cool water on gentle and air dried it before I wore it and NO ironing was needed, with a good shake and some hand smoothing before drying. I purchased the rust/red and the teal dress and the colors are so much prettier in person. Both are nicely made with no complaints. I purchased a white Jean jacket to go with them and it totally completes the dresses, as does my denim jacket. They are both winners for me!
