They're really helpful as well if you have any questions about your site or want more information from them - even after getting an account set up so many times (because of other companies messing around) i've never had much trouble communicating back & forth w/them via email etc.

You will get what YOU pay FOR but also expect some initial time investment into setting things right before seeing great returns down line :) Also keep track / monitor all changes made during those first few days because sometimes people just decide "hey lets change everything" which makes tracking these issues very difficult afterwards :). Their customer support has been amazing throughout setup process plus once installed its smooth sailing!! No complaints here.
