I like that it is easy for me as an individual patient, or even someone who does not have medical experience (like myself), can easily use this program! It gives you choices of doctors/hospitals in your area by distance so if there are no local options available then we do get suggestions from nearby states which helps us find some good ones too!! Sometimes our computer doesn't load right away but once loaded its great. And yes i believe when they say free trial because after using their site awhile all these things pop up at other times asking about my answers etc-this really makes everything easier since it has already been done beforehand. !
