After a very short time, the printer started making blue dots on every copy I made. As time went by, the line points kept increasing and I had to go to the copy shop if something was really important. Eventually the person at HP said I should check the cartridge. Bought a new pad from a local store, so far so good. If he does the same after a short time, I will be very, very unhappy.
