I like that this product is as good as others. The metal frame and walk-through space remain where others begin to break down over time. This is what you need, don't waste your money on another dog door! I've been looking everywhere for a non-plastic one since my last one fell apart at the gate. I haven't wanted to buy another one in years and this one was the solution.
