I love my Wave Rider 23. I used the Wave Shadow for my first marathon last year and found it was about 37km short. I needed something with more support so I turned to the Wave Rider 23. My only regret is that I got it in 9.5 width. My normal size for Mizuno shoes is 9.5. But most of the reviews I read online said this version is narrower than the others. I had to stick with my initial decision to order a 9.5 width instead of a 9.5. But in general I feel better when I run and it's easier to land on my midfoot. My knees don't hurt like they used to. I find this to be a good buy for neutral runners who need cushioning or support and will definitely buy again in the future.
