It works well. Zooming and focusing takes a bit of effort, but once you get the hang of it, it all works well. Cell phone holder works too. It takes some patience to get everything aligned. Once you do that, the zoom takes good pictures in daylight. For some odd reason, the lens cap is attached at one end and not the other. The case is okay, but it fits snugly around the lens, making putting the lens in the case a chore.
