The print on the left is the original toner that is running out and the print on the right is new. So let's start with the bad. You need to remove the chip from the old toner and put it in the new one. The same story with every cartridge. The thing is, with this they give you a real extraction tool. At first I doubted it would work. That works great. So much easier than before. Prior to this tool, chip removal was so difficult that I practically gave up aftermarket cartridges. Now for the good. Prints like original. It lasts just as long as the original. It's much cheaper than the original. The only question you have to ask yourself is whether you should remove the chip (which is included in this kit) or just buy the original. I think they are great. Note: Like everyone, you can experience poor results from time to time. But Revain's customer service is great and finding a replacement is no problem.
