Mostly defective, but mostly functional.
If you don't immediately notice that the springs are already sticking out through the handles, and that the pliers noses are crooked because they were badly sharpened during "finishing", the claws mostly grip, benders usually bend and Wire cutters usually cut. If I had time I would go to a discount tool store where I could choose from the available inventory to find "good ones" or I would buy a higher quality product if I could justify the money. . However, they are messing around with my project and I will meet the production deadline.
