I was dying to use this scale. Unwrapped, allowed to warm to room temperature and followed the instructions to place the weight on the platform and take it off a few times. The platform always seemed to hang when light weight was placed on it. If a heavier weight was placed on it, the platform would sag when the weight was removed. I've attached a photo showing the empty platform stuck at 11oz with no weight. The zero button (at the top of the dial behind the platform) doesn't work either. After a few turns, the needle will jump to the other side of the 0 mark. Finally, everything I've read about this scale says the platform is removable, which I don't. I have a lemon I want to love this Libra but now I don't.
