I found them too heavy for 12 hour shifts so I bought them. I heard good reviews from other nurses so I decided to try them. I prefer a softer feel due to knee issues and being on my feet all day. From that point of view they were a disadvantage for me, but I have to say that the color combination is great and they look great. I will be using for everyday shoes instead of work shoes as I originally planned.
