These work amazingly well, even after forgetting to run dishwasher for a couple days, they are spotless. I just pop one in the dispenser or in the bottom. Does the job either way.I just wish they would fix the packaging issue. More than half a dozen open and leaking packets inside. One was completely empty of powder, in another, the red ball was gone. I would've given it 4 stars but value goes down when you lose product before even opening it. I was going to return for replacement, but not worth my time.
