Beautiful, Functional and Sturdy
This is one of my favorite baby gates. Its solid construction makes it sturdy and the beautiful matte finish blends in seamlessly with my stair railing and balusters. It stays open when you push it all the way, making it easy for taking out recycling or packing the car in multiple trips, yet closes automatically if you don't push it quite 90 degrees. Planning to buy another for my home! Only complaint is that they don't seem to make a version with a cat door, so my poor cat has to either jump over it or squeeze between the bars.
- This was easy to install. An works great! We did not drill it into the wall.
- The gate may not be strong enough to withstand heavy pressure from larger pets
