Review on 👞 Propet Men's Black Pucker Strap Shoe by John Wells

Compared to other reviews I think I'm an extra person. These shoes are ok, but only ok. They're comfortable enough, but there are some design issues that I think could be improved. First, the Velcro on the adjustment strap was moved to the back. The hook piece attaches to the adjustment strap on the upper of the shoe with a loop. This creates a situation where open hooks will catch hair and carpet fibers. It's quite difficult to clean and looks ugly. Second, the Velcro doesn't catch on the tongue of the shoe. This can cause the tongue to slip out from under the adjustment strap if you put your feet in the shoe without manually adjusting the strap. Why? I'm not a shoemaker, but I'm a guy who buys shoes that I have to wear every day. Make these better and I will buy them again.
