Review on Storience by John Destruction

The way our data was being stored in their system made us feel like we were using an old version of windows 95. It would crash often or freeze up completely when trying to upload photos or videos into albums. I'm not sure if this has been resolved but they have recently started charging monthly fees which makes me think that maybe they don't really care about your problems anymore? They also didn't give you any options as far as moving over to another storage service because all other services had some sort of fee associated with them. If there's one thing i can say its that storience does what they promise! Their customer support team works around the clock so even though we couldn't move away at first, once my account manager got involved everything worked out just fine.
