After my last recall/complaint, Jaegar Tools immediately replaced the defective tool as they have a lifetime guarantee. Thank you for supporting your product with genuine kindness and genuine interest. The representative also informed me that they have made changes to make it easier to contact me with further questions. Not bad, right? I must give credit where necessary and hope that this error was the anomaly and not the norm. So I'm giving them 3 stars now and see how the wrenches change over time. MY OPINION HAS CHANGED!
