Disappointing Silicone Sealant for HVAC
Based on my experience, this sealant doesn`t quite live up to its claims .The pros? It goes on easily and dries quickly. Unfortunately, the cons far outweigh the positives. The product has a strong unpleasant odor and doesn't stick well to certain surfaces. i wouldn't recommend using this in an automotive setting, as it's not durable enough. Overall, I wouldn't purchase this again and would look for a more reliable silicone sealant..
- Durable and long-lasting due to the use of stainless steel
- Silicone is not suitable for high-temperature applications, making it unsuitable for furnace installation
