I ordered a collar and when it showed up I realized I ordered the wrong size. I got ahold of customer service and they were able to send me out another collar in the right size this time. I didn’t have to order a new one, they sent me a new collar in the right size even though it was MY mistake to begin with. I would definitely recommend this collar to anyone. And as an added bonus my dog hates dangling name tag. This one does not dangle so it doesn’t bother him.
