5'10" 205 lb View XXL. Needless to say, I'm intentionally oversized. The XXL comes with a 42" waistband MINIMUM and is easily adjustable for something larger. I have a 38" waist so it's too big. That being said, there is plenty of room on the belt for an extra sleeve to add if you are able, making your waist easily reduced to 36 inches and looking like it was made for it. hips, 18 inches at the ankle, even down. For me with a 23.5 inch hip wearing base layer pants and regular jeans the legroom is just too much. I highly recommend that you measure your foot without pants, add an inch, and use that to talk about sizing. They can be trimmed in length, but I found the length fine when riding a rocket in the crotch in boots. I ended up buying a size smaller and keeping it. The zippers are very strong so it's a prop. The leather is definitely top grain, as advertised, with just the right thickness. They hold the slide well but are a little flimsy for my taste. I would prefer whole grains and am sad to see that no one is offering quality whole grains. Since the size I ordered is too big on the foot, I found that if I rotated each leg back enough to fit snugly around my foot, the extra material would find a good aerodynamic position. Bonus details: I rode them in warm FR Carhart pants and trousers this morning in 35 degrees. I found them to handle cold temperatures fairly well while still allowing enough airflow through the sides next to the zips which was my main reason for buying them so good to know. They seem great for summer riding and airflow. I use other gear for the cold.
