This is amazing. I work outside in the Texas heat every day and I honestly don't know how I survived without it. Now I drink a lot of water. I've never been able to take breaks, and I don't take lunch breaks, so that makes sense. I just add a few drops of electrolyte and it's ready to go with 100 ounces of water!
