The installation process was a bit tricky. I used the included instructions but still had a lot of trouble getting them onto the screws. In the end it just stuck. I think I may have heard a crack, but it's hanging securely on the wall now. However, so far it seems to have handled the recent outbreak of package theft in my building with ease. The Post/Lounge has no external power, is too far from my WiFi signal and has poor cell phone reception. I researched many ways to install a real camera in this location and most of them were too expensive or complicated to set up. Setup only costs a few dollars and a few minutes. 2 thumbs up from me! Update: I had to replace the batteries twice after installation! What does it mean to me to pull down the stairs and back up again? For a blinking LED, that's ridiculous. Clear design flaw.
