Almost 6 years ago, when I gave birth to our child, I had to use a cane+ walker for the last part of my pregnancy due to ischial and pelvic problems. The first PT I saw after giving birth was honestly amazed I didn't break anything during labor. However, since then, I've had pretty constant pain with my piriformis and ischial. I sit at a desk 5+ hours a day and even with getting up hourly, a lumbar cushion, ergonomic equipment and stretches 2x a day, I was still uncomfortable.
