Type of review

I have no idea how this product gets so many good reviews. Just stop at DC Blue and add the diazo mix that comes with the kit. It's much more consistent and works instantly every time. I have no idea why this isn't working, but it takes 3 times as long to rinse parts after curing. Once it's released, everything around it is released. I tried different burn times with the UV box: 40 seconds, 55 seconds, 58 seconds, even 35 seconds. There are no dice. It just can't be solved. The only thing I can

Impossible

This was worse than trying to use the blue Dual Cure I bought from them and mixed a year ago: THAT came out better and was more predictable! I don't know why this premix was so thick! So thick that coating was almost impossible unless you worked very quickly with a trowel coater. I only covered once on each side. First, I burned those that were too thick in 3 minutes with a 1000 watt metal halide grow lamp in the ideal spectrum of exposure light (a home made exposure setup involving many hours…

Whale, I really didn't expect it to work. I coated four new 16x20 TECHTONGDA aluminum stencil screens with Ecotex AP Blue Emulsion and they came out as expected, about 61, my new 16" emulsion coating tool was actually about 16-1/2" so I brought a hacksaw with me free blade uses two awfully cut bucket trough carve, mate.
