Whale, I really didn't expect it to work. I coated four new 16x20 TECHTONGDA aluminum stencil screens with Ecotex AP Blue Emulsion and they came out as expected, about 61, my new 16" emulsion coating tool was actually about 16-1/2" so I brought a hacksaw with me free blade uses two awfully cut bucket trough carve, mate. Finally, I taped my transparent logo to the AP coated "test" screen, ripped off my transparent TM letters (for trademarks) at random, and used 99Cent Store IMO "Sharpie" to fake the TM letters. (ah.). I didn't understand how 'long' to expose the screens to the light and had no idea 'what light' to use. 30 seconds UNDER THE SUNLIGHT, which sounded a lot easier than using a 500 watt spotlight for 20 minutes, special lighting, blah blah. I said that's it. and I stepped out into the sun by the pool and counted to 30. One thousand, two, one thousand, three. Then I "hid" the screen under the covers and went for a three-hour walk. , but instead lug the screen into the garage for fear of the predicted blue diaper wash failure. releases water. Hey wait. It looks like my logo appears (water washes the screen). garage wash. I scraped and scraped and deep and the emulsion started chipping off in lumpy gobs (like Elmer's Glue might do). I will be DANGEROUS! IT LOOKS PRETTY GOOD! hmmmm I wonder how it happened? NOT BAD I'm shocked! Next I need to cut out a piece of wood, to be the surface for screen printing on the t-shirts. to flip the logo, so this screen needs [special] treatment because I flipped the wrong side, meaning the inner screen doesn't have the luxury of a border buddy facing me, instead showing the edges on top of the t shirts down. not so bad for an old f.don ja-ja-don!
