Update August 13, 2022: After my initial review was posted, the seller contacted me and offered a full refund. You care about the customer. Tung oil is a natural product and properties may vary from brand to brand or batch to batch. The batch I received was very slow (or maybe didn't dry out) compared to what is generally considered "normal". Original: I've been using Hope's tung oil for several years, but decided to give this brand a try. Hopes usually dries enough to apply another coat in 1-7 days depending on how thick I apply it. This mark was still tacky after 7 days. Before writing this review I was trying to determine how long this brand takes to dry. It's been 3 months since the hot California summer and all my samples are still sticky, even the ones I diluted with 50% Limonene and applied as gently as possible. Interestingly, this product is cut with vegetable oil. I'm surprised that even a thick layer of dust makes my parts look pretty sticky. Maybe I'll find a use for it as an adhesive.
