Great service, flexible pricing, and great rates. My only concern was having my books done once a month instead of weekly. But it worked out fine because my accountant would send me monthly statements to review before he sent them over. They are available 24/7 and respond quickly when you email them. They take the time to explain what they're doing in layman terms and why it's important. They also seem to have good experience. They're the best choice I've made! I had an issue with one of my accounts. When I called customer care, the representative was very helpful in explaining everything in detail and how to fix the problem so it wouldn't happen again. He even helped troubleshoot some other problems I was experiencing while trying to make sure all was ok.
