This product works exactly as described. I have an old car with no bluetooth for audio - bluetooth only works for phone calls. So when I wanted to listen to podcasts and audiobooks with my car radio, I had no luck until I found this gadget. My car doesn't have a cassette deck, so standard stereo adapters aren't an option for me. I received this item quickly with Prime shipping. Once I got it it was easy to set up, almost intuitive but there are instructions. You put it in the mouthpiece, turn it on, connect it to your phone and find an empty radio station. Your station must be tuned to the same radio station. Voila - you can hear your mobile phone sound through your car radio. This is especially nice as the transmitter has a USB port so you can use it to charge your phone. I used two other radios before I found one I really liked. The first two were good in some areas and then had too much static in other areas - to the point where they became useless in those areas. On the third try, I found a station here in the DC/MD/VA area that worked great in all areas. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
